Nano-Level Material Re-engineering
Advanced Materials, Re-engineered at the Nanoscale applied to the surfaces that define thermal performance, filtration, infrastructure, and next-generation material systems.
GRAPHENE • ADVANCED NANOMATERIALS
Graphene
Graphene Oxide (GO) is a single-layer material derived from graphite, rich in oxygen-containing hydroxyl, epoxy and carboxyl groups. These groups make it hydrophilic, dispersible in water and polar solvents, and chemically versatile for research in filtration membranes, energy storage and polymer composites.
Reduced Graphene Oxide (rGO) is produced by reducing graphene oxide to partially remove oxygen-containing groups and restore the carbon network. It offers higher electrical conductivity than GO while retaining structural defects and some functional groups. Its properties depend on the reduction method, with applications in electrodes, sensors, catalysts and composites.
Thermonix™ • FOR HEAT EXCHANGERS
Thermonix™
Thermonix™ HTx is a transparent, sub-10-micron graphene–nanoceramic coating applied to aluminium outdoor condenser coils. It improves heat transfer and dissipation on the sensible-heat side of the system without changing the coil geometry, refrigerant circuit or airflow path, and without additional power draw.
Thermonix™ DTx is an ultra-thin sheeting nano-coating applied to HVAC evaporator coils. It changes condensate from isolated droplets into a thin, fast-draining film, helping clear airflow passages and improve dehumidification without redesigning the coil.
GraSiTi • FOR ANTIMICROBIAL COATINGS
GraSiTi
Graphene-silver nanotechnology-powered filter membrane designed to capture PM2.5 particles and help reduce airborne bacteria, viruses, and select VOCs. Engineered for integration with existing ducted air conditioning systems, with washable, reusable filter options and no UV-C or ozone generation.
